
North Dakota Highway Patrol Investigating Vandalism at the State Capitol Building
The North Dakota Highway Patrol is currently investigating after motor oil was found on the State Capitol Building.
The Highway Patrol believes two people were involved in the incident around 9:30 p.m. Monday, October 31st. Motor oil was found splashed on the west doors, walkway and limestone walls. A note was also left behind that read, 'you can't drink oil.'
