“Outlaw” Bikers Come to Oil Patch

So-called "Outlaw" biker gangs are gaining a foothold in western North Dakota, law enforcement officials report.

U.S. Attorney Tim Purdon said the threat of criminal activity by motorcycle gangs, most notably drug trafficking, is one reason federal agencies have enhanced resources in the Oil Patch.
