SEATBELT ENFORCEMENT WEEK IN ND

The North Dakota Hi-way Patrol is in the middle of a week long seat belt enforcement program that will continue through the weekend.

Officers are trained to spot the shoulder harness and even trained to spot the harness at night, so there is no fooling the hi-way patrol.

According to reports, last year North Dakota had over 70 deaths on highways from people not wearing seat belts.
