What is BisMarket?
BisMarket is more than a weekly event where you can buy locally created products. BisMarket is a non-profit organization that works with Great Plains Food Bank and The Welcome House. According to the organization's website, BisMarket strives "to provide a venue for community members to gather, purchase, and eat local foods and goods, promote and showcase the artistic talent in the area." BisMarket is run by volunteers and the money brought in helps people in need.
