There have been nine so far, and the Bismarck Police Department in stumped according to a recent report.  According to reports, this burglar is kind of a creeper, he'll watch you sleep and if you wake up, he'll leave the scene before the cops arrive, or that has been the case so far.

Bismarck police are investigating two (apparently) unrelated burglaries where women actually found unknown men in their apartments!
