North Dakota will honor retired Secret Service agent Clint Hill next month with the Teddy Roosevelt Rough Rider Award.

Retired Secret Service agent Clint J. Hill will deliver the keynote lecture today at the National Energy Center of Excellence on the campus of Bismarck State College as part of a symposium on the life and legacy of President John F. Kennedy.
