A Hebron, North Dakota couple flying a Confederate flag outside their home say they don't intend to take it down, following the deadly white supremacist rally a few days ago in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The issue over whether South Carolina should remove the Confederate flag from the state capitol has been front and center since last month's mass shooting in Charleston.
