Independence Day

This week on the Tech Ranch, Marlo and the gang take a break from the tech talk to talk about the Fourth of July celebration in their hometown, Mandan, North Dakota.

America turned 240 years old this year.

Fireworks can be legally sold in North Dakota from June 27 through July 5 and from Dec. 26 through New Years Day. But it is illegal to use them in Bismarck.

Surprise! 20th Century Fox has delivered the first full trailer for Independence Day: Resurgence (not related to Toho’s Godzilla: Resurgence, unfortunately) a wee bit earlier than previously planned. The trailer was going to debut in front of Star Wars: The Force Awakens later this week, but early Christmas has come early, and our ol’ alien pals are back.
