The Dakota Access Pipeline Protesters had a prayer and march at the National Guard Building off of River Road and Fraine Barracks Road, near Memorial Bridge in Bismarck shortly after 12 p.m. Wednesday (November 16).
It's not out of the ordinary to see an anti Dakota Access Pipeline protest in the Bismarck-Mandan area. However, DAPL supporters decided to start a protest of their own.
Veteran's Memorial Bridge was shut down causing traffic to back up on Monday, October 17th over the lunch hour as Dakota Access Pipeline protesters gathered.
In today's update: seven protesters accused of attaching themselves to pipeline equipment (or helping others do so) have been charged with felonies. (September 16, 2016)
