It's no secret that winters in North Dakota can be...well...cold, but The Old Farmer's Almanac is predicting an even colder than normal winter in 2016-17.
Thrillist can rank just about anything, and they have ranked just about any and everything. Now, the online column ranks the most miserable states to live in during the winter months.
By the looks of it, the area could have a white Christmas. The National Weather Service has issued a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY, until 6 p.m. Wednesday (12/16) and with this system, the area could get as much as 7 inches of snow.
Raise your hand if you'd like a warmer, milder winter. Last winter, the area experienced a mild and somewhat out of the ordinary winter. The same could be on tap for this coming winter.
