Tyson Jost spent this past collegiate season with the North Dakota Fighting Hawks before joining the Colorado Avalanche. He scored his first NHL goal last night and that wasn't even the highlight.

Jost has received mention in each game broadcast since he's played with the Avalanche after joining them recently. Colorado chose him with the 10th overall pick in the 2016 NHL Draft.

Jost's grandfather is often seen in the stands by the broadcast teams that have done their games. Last night, Jost scored his first career NHL goal and his grandfather was in the stands. His reaction is amazing.
