Somebody in North Dakota is $2 million richer today. When the winning numbers (30-34-39-53-67, 11*) were announced Saturday, it was determined one lucky person had purchased a ticket worth that much in Minot. The winner has yet to come forward to claim their prize.

While nobody won the grand prize of $492 million, three people across the country did match all five white numbers to earn $1 million. In addition to North Dakota's winner, the two other big winners were from New Jersey and Pennsylvania. North Dakota's winner elected to upgrade to the Power Play ticket, doubling their prize money.

Before each drawing, Powerball determines if the Power Play ticket will multiply non-grand prize winnings by 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x or 10x. Players must elect to pay an extra dollar for the upgrade.

The winning ticket was sold at Safari Fuels at 1500 37th Ave SW, located in Minot. For selling the winning ticket, the store will receive a $5,000 bonus plus an additional $5,000 for it being a Power Play ticket. North Dakota Lottery Director Randy Miller told Inforum it is the second winner of $1 million or more sold in North Dakota in 2019.

With no grand prize winner, the prize will increase to $550 million for this Wednesday's drawing. That's the eighth largest jackpot in Powerball history.
