A Popular Bismarck Restaurant Just Made A Final Announcement
Just recently I shared a post from a local restaurant that had closed its doors temporarily
Here is what I shared earlier this month, Toasted Frog on 124 N 4th Street has been out here in Bismarck for over 10 years entertaining us with terrific food and a fun atmosphere, put out a post on their Facebook page keeping us informed of why they were closed for business. Toasted Frog has 3 locations in North Dakota - One in Grand Forks, Fargo, and of course out here.
...that was part of what they said back earlier this month." Hey Bismarck - The Toasted Frog will be temporarily closed for a while as we work on some exciting new updates and changes. Stay tuned to our Facebook page over the next few weeks for updates on what we’re working on and when we’ll be reopening! Thanks for understanding, sorry for any inconvenience, and we can’t wait to see all your smiling faces again as soon as possible. STAY TUNED!"
Sad signs of our times continue
The news was announced today ( Sunday, April 23 ) - unfortunately, the signs of optimism from their post earlier this month brought out a sad announcement from co-owner Jonathan Holth. According to kfyrtv Holth released a statement “Although we are saddened to be ending our time in Bismarck, we are proud of the twelve-year run we’ve had serving this community. We hoped to transition ownership of this location to another group, things just didn’t work out as we hoped.” Their doors closing for good today. The other 2 locations will still be open. Sad indeed.
