BisMan Would Love These Here

We don't even want to begin to try to count how many places there are to eat in Bismarck and Mandan.  Much less factoring in all the surrounding communities.

You can throw a stone in just about any direction and hit a great place to sit and "grab some grub" or just snare some "viddles" to go! But there is always room for one more "eatin' house."

Here are our top 3 fast food restaurants that we would love to see make a new home in our little area of the 701.

3.  Braums

Now I know what some of you are thinking...what???  Braums have over 300 locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri.  An ice cream parlor, small grocery, and fast food restaurant all in one.  Get your groceries and a great burger and fries.  Yes, Fries!!  They have the ultimate fries in our option and would be great to see them in North Dakota.  Check out their Braum's history here!

2.  Sonic Drive In

We love the drive in's.  It is something different and takes us back to times long ago.  When we head south we always find the time to stop in and order a Footlong Quarter Pound Chili Cheese Coney! Tigger and BEC Approved!!

1.  White Castle

Yes, we said it, White Castle.  White Castle pales in comparison to McDonald's in terms of the number of locations.  McDonald's with over 37,000 locations and White Castle with only 375 in 14 states.  The movie "Harold & Jumar Go To White Castle" helped garner some popularity for their widely known "delicious sliders".  The tiny little burgers that can practically be eaten in just a few bites where we want just one more and just one more and just one more.

We may not be eating too healthy, but it will darned sure be a good time!
