On Thursday, the North Dakota Class A state volleyball tournament began at the Fargodome and saw three high schools from Bismarck advance to the semifinals.

Bismarck High, Century, and Legacy all advanced to the semifinals happening Friday night in Fargo.

Century did so by beating West Fargo (25-19, 25-19, 25-13). They advance and they will take on Fargo Shanley tonight at 6 p.m.

Meanwhile, Bismarck High beat West Fargo (26-24, 28-26, 18-25, 25-21), while Legacy defeated Grand Forks Red River (21-25, 26-24, 26-24, 25-23). Bismarck High and Legacy will face off in the semifinals tonight at 8 p.m.
