Bismarck Jaycees’ Former Treasurer Facing Embezzlement Charges

The former treasurer for the Bismarck Jaycees Junior Chamber is facing accusations of embezzling $18,500 from the organization. 

Tammie Scott has pleaded not guilty before the court.

If convicted of the felony charges of misapplication of entrusted property, Scott could face up to 10 years behind bars and a $20,000 fine.

A trial date is as yet undetermined.
