Severe thunderstorms crept across the state of North Dakota Sunday, July 10th, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake.

One of the hardest hit areas in the state was Killdeer, which saw golf ball-sized hail pelt the area. You can see some of the damage caused in the video above, which was posted to YouTube by user ohiostormchasers.

The video description states that the area saw millions of dollars in damage due to the storms.

Other parts of the state reported similar damage, which was not only caused by hail, but also strong winds. According to InForum, eastern portions of North Dakota and western portions of Minnesota experienced 90 mile per hour winds on Sunday.

According to The Bismarck Tribune, flood advisories were issued for Emmons, Logan, Dickey, LaMoure, and McIntosh counties, due to overland flooding in fields and across roads.
