Delta Changes Frequent-Flyer Program

A major change is coming to Delta Airline's frequent-flyer program.

The Fargo Forum reports the new policy, set to go in effect next year, will base miles earned for free flights on customer expenditure, rather than distance traveled.

The Atlanta-based airline said the new policy would favor frequent travelers, as well as those who pay high fares.
