Here is some quick help to get your Fall Work Checklist off on a positive foot!

1. Hoses - Drain those hoses.

Unscrew any accessories such as watering wands and let them dry out too. Do not give water the chance to freeze, expand and cost you money!

2. Seal Around Windows and Doors.

The easiest and cheapest way to first attempt lowering the utilities come heating your home or apartment is to have it sealed well. Take out the window AC units and start prepping for drafts. PS - Check your windows are locked too for security reasons!

3. Pests - Insects & Rodents!

Right now all the pests flying, buzzing, and crawling around you are running like mad for a safe, warm and cozy place to hibernate or make a new home during the winter.

4. Flower Pots & Garden Tools

You had another fun year of gardening! Make the next year a success too! Empty those flower pots, containers, and raised garden beds, and store away your tools in a way so that come next spring, it will be that much easier to start again!
