Feds: Minnesota Arrest “Disrupts” Possible Terror Attack

Federal authorities say they are confident they thwarted a terror attack and possibly saved lives when they unearthed many guns and explosives in a home in western Minnesota.Officials report Buford “Bucky” Rogers, 24, of Montevideo, was arrested and charged Friday.
