The event will also feature some fun for the kids as they look for the 25 plush elves that are hidden throughout the mansion, can you find them all?

Glensheen says, "We are extremely grateful to the Duluth community for their continued support of our historic estate each year, and this day of free tours is our way of giving back to our community for that support."

This free tour is a great deal, normally admission to the historic estate is $32 for adults and $20 for kids during the holiday season, so for a family of two adults and two kids, this is a $100+ tour for free!

Each year the 20,000-square-foot historic house museum transforms into a Christmas wonderland decorating all of the 39 rooms in the estate which is operated by the University of Minnesota Duluth and is open year-round for tours and special events.
