A Peek Inside The New Love’s Gas Station Sterling, North Dakota

A new gas station/travel plaza known for its cheaper gas prices is now open east of Bismarck in Sterling, North Dakota. 

Love's Travel Stop is right at the intersection of Highway 83 and Interstate 94. Sterling, North Dakota, is 29 miles east of Bismarck.

Love's is much more than just a gas station. I made a quick pit stop to grab some gas and lunch yesterday while I was doing some waterfowl hunting in the area, and let me tell you, the place was buzzing. This gas station is also home to a Subway, a Godfather's Pizza, a Love's Fresh Kitchen with numerous food options, RV Parking, and even has a dog park. Oh yeah, the employees were super friendly.

North Dakota now has five Love's Travel Stops in the state.

They are located in Williston, Drayton, Fargo, and Valley City, North Dakota. I mentioned that Love's Travel Stops are known for cheaper gas prices. As an example, Love's is currently at $ 2.74 in Sterling, which is cheaper than most stations in Bismarck right now.

Love's Travel Stop will be competing against Tri Energy's Cenex Gas Station in Sterling, North Dakota.

That station is located on the southwest side of the Interstate 94 and Highway 83 interchange.

This new Love's will definitely give more options for I-94 travelers and residents in the Sterling, McKenzie, Driscoll, Moffit, and Wing areas.

As somebody who spends a lot of time in this area each spring and fall hunting and fishing, it sure is nice to have another option on the north side of I-94.
