The oil industry in North Dakota has had its fair share of media coverage over the years, but not quite to the extent that 'Last Week Tonight with John Oliver' covered it on their October 11th episode.

Oliver, a former correspondent for 'The Daily Show' on Comedy Central, spends much of the 20-minute segment discussing the dangers of working in the oil industry and, more importantly, the relationship between the government and the oil industry in North Dakota.

From the amount of deaths in the Bakken to the number of oil/salt water spills seen in the state since the start of the oil boom, 'Last Week Tonight' covers it all.

News segments from KX and KFYR can be seen in the segment, along with shots from across the Bakken.

The segment ends with a shot of a 'Be Angry. (Please.)' billboard 'Last Week Tonight with John Oliver' has purchased in North Dakota, which has a little fun with the 'Be Nice' and 'Be Polite' billboards that are already found in the state.

'Last Week Tonight with John Oliver' airs Sunday nights at 10 p.m. CT on HBO.
