ND Legislature: Stun Guns not “Dangerous”

Would you consider a stun gun to be a "dangerous" weapon?  The North Dakota State Legislature doesn't think so.

The State Senate and House both endorsed measures that exempt the nasty little zappers from the definition of "dangerous" weapons.  Story here from the Tribune...
