ND Woman Will Plead Guilty in Fargo Blues Guitarist’s Death
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A fourth person has agreed to plead guilty in the heroin overdose death of a Fargo blues guitarist.
Emily Lund is charged is charged in federal court with conspiracy to possess and distribute a controlled substance resulting in the June 2012 death of 30-year-old Cody Conner.
Four other people are charged in the case, three of whom have pleaded guilty.
Lund faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison. Sentencing is set for Oct. 2.
