The Fargo Forum reports the dispensary will open its doors in Fargo Thursday, February 28.
Acreage Holdings, a cannabis distributor with dispensaries in several states, will oversee the Fargo operation.
The dispensary is located at 4302 13th Avenue South in Fargo. Hours will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday - Friday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday; and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
As the Forum notes, to purchase any of the cannabis products from The Botanist, you must be a North Dakota citizen and a registered medical cannabis patient or caregiver.

Marijuana Business Daily says state regulators so far have issued 120 medical marijuana cards to patients and caregivers. North Dakota officials estimate as many as 4,000 residents will have legal access to the drug by summer 2021.
Voters in the state approved medical marijuana in a referendum during the 2016 election.
North Dakota plans to have eight dispensaries up and running by the fall.
