Rain, Snow, Cold- Deer Opening Weekend Weather Outlook
Deer hunters will be greeted with a mix bag of weather for the opening day and weekend, depending on what area of the state that you'll be hunting.
The season opens at noon on Friday and depending on where you're hunting this weekend will determine the type of weather you'll hunt in. The National Weather Service in Bismarck says a system moving through the area will bring a chance of snow Thursday night and Friday night. The best chance of accumulation will be in the northern portions of the state. The chance of snow is less in the southern portions of the state Friday.
Temperatures will range from the mid 40's on Friday. Moving into the weekend, expect cloudy skies with highs in the low 40's in the southern region to the low 30's in the north region.
The deer season is open through November 24th.
