Just because it's getting cooler in the evenings, or a little more crisper in the mornings...

Does NOT mean the fishing season ends! Fall here in the Dakotas' can be some of the best...

The MOST BEAUTIFUL time of year to fish!

From shore or the boat, seeing the colors change in person rather than the fast-paced life of running to work, school, or activities definitely has a boosting effect on the mood!

Best Shore Fall Fishing!

From the bites to the views! Get Out!

Nature has that way of "CALMING" and allowing one to "COLLECT" their thoughts.

Nature Heals... Embrace The Beauty and Enjoy The Moments.

According to TakeMeFishing.org; "Spending time out in nature promotes relaxation and offers many of the same benefits that meditation does, such as decreased anxiety and reduced blood pressure. Studies have shown that fishing is good for your mental health as it can lower cortisol levels (aka the body's main stress hormone)."

As the days get shorter, our intake of Vitamin D decreases as well, and the best way to keep that extra boost the body needs is naturally... Again, hit the water fishing or the trails hiking!

Lastly - Physical Fitness!!

DID YOU KNOW????

Fishing can burn an average of 200 calories per hour!

CRAZY as this may sound... AND of course if you sit in a chair the whole time that number is going to change, but if you are walking around to different fishing spots, working up a sweat...

You know... casting a line, putting that heart to work!

Tell the spouse... Doctor's Orders!! Good Luck!
