The U.S. Supreme Court ruled 5-4 Monday that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act violated federal law when it required Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. to cover certain forms of birth control in their health plans.

Does a company like Hobby Lobby have the right to deny access to contraceptives in its health plan?  And are they right to do so?
