Severe thunderstorms may sweep through the area throughout Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning.

The National Weather Service in Bismarck is warning the public of a potential threat of severe weather Sunday afternoon and evening into Monday.

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning through the evening of July 6.

Unstable air and the warmer temperatures will bring a chance of severe thunderstorms for the central and western portions of the state. (Tuesday, 6/21)

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Thursday night (June 2).

The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH for most of the listening area, including the counties of Burleigh and Morton. The Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 10 p.m., CST (5/30/16). The Severe Weather Action Team (SWAT) has been following several strong thunderstorm cells through out the afternoon.
