The second round of the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs is a day from being completely over. As of today, these former UND players are still playing...

In the Eastern Conference, T.J. Oshie and Taylor Chorney of the Washington Capitals, as well as Carter Rowney of the Pittsburgh Penguins are still playing. Of course, at least one and maybe two could be eliminated tonight, as Game 7 of the series between the Caps and Pens will face-off at 6:30 p.m. The winner will take on the Ottawa Senators in the Eastern Conference Finals.

In the Western Conference, Drake Caggiula and the Edmonton Oilers is still playing, and will also play a Game 7 in a series against the Anaheim Ducks tonight at 9. The winner plays the Nashville Predators in the Western Conference Finals.

So, even if your team has been eliminated (like mine, the St. Louis Blues), you can still root for your favorite player from UND in their respective series. Unless you're just some weird die-hard Ottawa Senators, Anaheim Ducks, or Nashville Predators fan. In that case, none of this applies to you, weirdo.
