Tioga Man Pleads Not Guilty to Trafficking Charges
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Tioga man accused of human trafficking has pleaded not guilty.
The Bismarck Tribune reports that 32-year-old Aaron Collins entered the not guilty plea to the Class A felony charge Monday in South Central District Court in Bismarck.
Court documents say Collins allegedly made contact with a woman he believed was trafficking her underage daughters for money.
Collins' bond was set at $50,000.
His attorney, Amanda Harris, was granted a presentence investigation report, which will look at Collins' background and whether there were extenuating circumstances involving his arrest
