STANLEY, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol has now identified all three victims of a fiery crash in the western North Dakota oil patch two months ago.

The crash the morning of June 21 happened on U.S. Highway 2 about 3 miles east of Stanley. It involved a tanker trailer loaded with crude oil and five other vehicles. The tanker exploded and all of the other vehicles burned. The patrol says fog was a major contributor to the crash.

Killed were 41-year-old David Maskey of Minot, 26-year-old Patrick Wilkie of Wahpeton and 23-year-old Tyler Fischer of Minot.

Three other people were injured.
