What States Will Have a White Christmas? Should We Feel Lucky?

According to the National Weather Service, no major snow storms or outbreaks are expected with in the next 12-24 hoursso the states that already have snow on the ground and freezing temperatures will be the areas with the white Christmas.

Luckily (I guess) , here in the Bismarck and Mandan area, including the rest of the state and neighboring Minnesota, South Dakota and Iowa are definitely in the white Christmas zone.

Should we feel lucky?
