Are These People Looting After Boston Marathon Bombing? [VIDEO]

We've heard countless stories of heroism when it comes to yesterday's bombing at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Unfortunately, there's also now a video of people possibly taking advantage of others in their most fragile state.

The above video seems to show looters tearing through boxes of Boston Marathon jackets and walking away nonchalantly, as victims of the attack lay helpless just feet away.

However, one report says that volunteers offered up the jackets to help comfort victims of the bombing, which seems completely possible.
