Bismarck Street Flooding From Father’s Day Storm [VIDEO]

Another round of storms passed through Bismarck Sunday prompting the National Weather Service to issue a Flash Flood Warning.

Here are some images of street flooding in Bismarck Sunday. The Bismarck Police Department prevented drivers from going through the under-pass which flooded Friday night. The normal streets flooded in the city including 12th and Expressway.

At the end of the rain event, the sky treated Bismarck to a rainbow.
