Charges Filed In Kirkwood Mall Attack

Police have filed a number of charges in the alleged assault of a woman carrying a 2-year-old child in a Bismarck mall.

A press release from Bismarck Police says disorderly conduct charges have been filed against two adult women. In addition, juvenile girls are charged with disorderly conduct, simple assault and criminal trespass. Police say more charges may be filed.

Authorities report the woman was attacked by four females Feb. 21 at Kirkwood Mall. She was not seriously hurt, but video of the incident has been shared on social media.
