The Dakota Access Pipeline Protesters had a prayer and march at the National Guard Building off of River Road and Fraine Barracks Road, near Memorial Bridge in Bismarck shortly after 12 p.m. Wednesday (November 16).

The group was lead with a few speeches and prayers then marched towards Main Street moving into Bismarck. As the march moved to Main Street, the street was lined with citizens protesting against the protesters. The two groups shouted at each other as the police officers kept the march moving on the side walk.

The protest group was about 200 strong.

On the scene were Burleigh and Morton County Sheriff Departments, North Dakota State Police, Bismarck and Mandan police wearing riot and protection gear.
