Drunkest States – ND, SD in Top Ten

The Dakotas, Montana and the upper Midwest are all well-represented on a newly-released list of the Drunkest States in the Union.

A report from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism lists North Dakota as #5.  Wisconsin is #6, Montana #8, and South Dakota #10.

The Peace Garden State comes in second overall for both beer consumption and binge drinking.  The "drunkest" state overall on the list is New Hampshire.
