If you're not ready to let summer go just yet, I think you're not alone with that thought.

The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a FREEZE WATCH tonight for the region through Friday morning. (9/28)

Temperatures tonight could range between 26 and 32 degrees. These low temperatures could kill crops and sensitive vegetation. It will make your apples on your trees very sweet!

The advisory is not a freeze warning. A Freeze Watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible and these temperatures could effect various crops in the region. Take the necessary precautions if needed.

The counties in the watch area include Divide, McHenry, Dunn, McKenzie, Mercer, Oliver, Morton, Burleigh, Emmons, Logan, Kidder, Billings, Mountrail and Grant.
