We all get stressed out from time to time, but does where we live really make that big of an impact? If it does, how are we doing compared to other states?

According to experts at Hush, where you live can be a huge factor in how stressed and relaxed you are.

A study was done, analyzing Google trends. Hush looked at how often stress-related terms and phrases were searched in each state.

Some of the phrases include "Sleep anxiety," "Why can't I sleep," and "Sleep remedies." After all, lack of sleep is one of the biggest causes of stress.

NoDak comes in at number four on the list, just below Wyoming, Alaska, ad Montana. It seems Northerners seem to have a secret to success when it comes to relaxation.

The Least Relaxed State?

If you're wondering which state is suffering the most in terms of stress, look no further than Oklahoma. The state had the highest number of insomnia and sleep-related issues in its search history.
