Legacy HS Goes on Lockdown; One Person in Custody
Bismarck Police responded to Legacy High School Wednesday at 9am after receiving a report a person was in a vehicle in the parking lot threatening to commit suicide.
Police contacted the high school because they thought the individual may have had a weapon. Legacy High School subsequently went into lockdown.
Police arrived at the school, located the vehicle and the individual and the 18 year old male was taken into custody without incident and was transported to a hospital for evaluation.
No weapon was located at the scene and nobody was injured.
The case remains under investigation.
