It's hard to think about swimming when there's still snow on the ground, but warmer days are soon ahead.

Temperatures are supposed to get into the 50s and could even get up into the low 70s next week.

When Will We Be Swimming?

When will we finally be able to wear shorts and flip-flops and finally dip our toes into some freshly chlorinated water?

According to a post on the Raging Rivers Facebook page, that day may come sooner than you might think.

In the post, the waterpark announced the park would be officially opening on Wednesday, May 31st at 12 pm.

Obviously, this is weather permitting, but how nice is it knowing we are just a hop, skip, and jump away from splashing around with our families in the waterpark?

To be perfectly honest, I've visited this waterpark on several occasions. As an adult with no kids, I can confirm it's a pretty fun, nice, and clean place to go and hang out in the summer.

Don't judge me.

Get Ready!

Get your suits out, try them on, weep a little bit, go buy a new suit that fits, buy some sunblock while you're at it, get a spray tan, and get ready for some time in the sun by the pool.

Meanwhile, as I'm writing this, I'm sitting at my desk with a space heater blasting at my legs. I'm over the cold; I'm sure you are too.

Cheers to dreaming of warmer summer days together.

Thanks for reading, and see you at the waterpark this summer!
