
Memorial Services Set for Former ND First Lady Jean Guy
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Memorial services have been set in Bismarck and Fargo for former North Dakota first lady Jean Guy.
Jean Guy died Friday. She was 90.
Jean Guy was the wife of Gov. William Guy, who was North Dakota's longest-serving governor from 1961 to 1973. He died in April from complications of Alzheimer's disease at the age of 93.
The Forum reports that memorial services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Bismarck and Thursday at 1:30 p.m at First Presbyterian Church in Fargo.
