Minnesota Schoolgirl Found Frozen to Death

A six year-old was found dead of exposure Thursday in upstate Minnesota.

The girl, whose name is being witheld, was found near her apartment complex in Bemidji.  Police confirmed "exposure to the elements" as cause of death.

Tuesday Tempratures in Bemidji were in the range of -25 F, with wind chills of -40.

The incident is under investigation.
