Minot Man Pleads Guilty To Stabbing His Girlfriend
MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man says he will plead guilty to stabbing his girlfriend in the head with a knife.
Randall Lewis Davis Jr., of Belcourt, is charged in federal court with assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault by a habitual offender.
Authorities say the incident happened on April 3. The victim received numerous stiches for a laceration to the head.
Davis faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. A change of plea hearing has not been set.
