North Dakota’s Top High School Football Prospect is from Bismarck
National signing day is February 7th for many high school players around the country according to USA Today.
If you have the talent to play high school football, and make the plays, move the ball and score the points, you have a bright future in a college football program.
The scouts have been out for months, looking at the top talent from every state. Some call it the "Class of 2018".
For the athletes in this class, the future can be very bright. We just have to look at newly engaged, NDSU stand out, and Philadelphia Eagle's star Carson Wentz.
Congratulations to Bartholomew Ogbu of Shiloh Christian School in Bismarck as the state's top player. Ogbu position is Defensive End and stands at 6-5 and weighs in at 220.
Ogbu will become a Bison at NDSU. He's also a star basketball player and chose NDSU over several other big schools such as Vanderbilt and Georgia Tech.
