The Supreme Court is allowing a scaled-back version of the Trump travel ban to take effect.

The Washington Post reports the court will hear the merits of the case in the fall but for now has decided to allow the limited version of the restriction, affecting travelers from six largely-Muslim countries to take effect through the summer.

President Trump called the ruling “a clear victory for our national security.”
