Some Bismarck residents took to social media this week to express displeasure over the Bismarck Larks' late-evening fireworks display Tuesday.

So The Fourth of July is upon us and when you are buying fireworks for the family barbecue it's good to know what you're getting into.

It's that time of year, so here are the rules and regulations for Fireworks in the Bismarck -Mandan area.

Fireworks are banned in Bismarck and Mandan. But the vendors are open. More specifically, you can't set them off here, but you CAN buy them. So, what's the deal with that?
