Pro-ND Billboard Sparks Interstate Flap

North Dakota is promoting itself as a pro-business alternative to Minnesota - in Minnesota.  As you'd imagine, some Minnesotans are not too pleased with that.

It started this past Thursday when a new billboard appeared on I-94 in Moorehead reading "NORTH DAKOTA...OPEN FOR BUSINESS"...

Could this be the beginning of an interstate feud?  Perhaps in the future, we'll see signs on 94 that read, "MINNESOTA - PROTECTING THE REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS OF WOMEN."

Or, "MINNESOTA - OUR POLITICIANS AREN'T SUPERSTITIOUS WINGNUTS (EXCEPT FOR MICHELE BACHMANN)"...

Or maybe something like the sign shown above...
